Nikkei electric co.

Mar. 1970 Started manufacturing voice coils in Motosato, Kawaguchi, Saitama.
October 1970 Established Nikkei Electric Co., Ltd. with a capital of 2 million yen and moved to Iizuka-cho.
May 1972 Established Yonezawa Plant in Tokucho, Yonezawa City, Yamagata Prefecture and Nikkei Manufacturing in Kuroiso City, Tochigi Prefecture
Dec. 1982 Established Kurou Plant in Kurou-cho, Tochigi Prefecture [assembly of air-core coils, speaker systems, choke coils, and electric shelves].
Jul 1991 Established a joint venture company, Shanghai Nikkeshi Electronics Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, China [Voice coils, pickup coils].
Jul. 1996 Established a joint venture company, Kunshan Hua Plastic Five Metal Co.Ltd. established in Shanghai, China [diaphragm molding and lamination].
November 2000 Yonezawa Plant closed.
Ltd., a joint venture, in Shanghai, China [Aluminum foil molding].
June 2002 Merged with subsidiary Nikkei Seisakusho and increased capital to 39 million yen.
Ltd., a joint venture in Liyang City, China, for the manufacture of adhesives.

1996 Shanghai Nix Electronics Co., Ltd. established a material (electric wire, bobbin material, etc.) plant in Suzhou
2002 Started production of speaker dampers at Suzhou plant. June 2017 Production stopped.
2002 Obtained ISO 9001 certification
2003 Established a voice coil factory in Qingpu, Shanghai
2004 Established a material factory in Songjiang, Shanghai
2004 Obtained ISO 14000 certification
2005 Jointly established Liyang Jiashan Electronics Co., Ltd. in Liyang, Changzhou.
2007 Complete relocation of Suzhou plant to the current location
2007 Nikke Electric Co., Ltd. purchased all the shares of Shanghai Nix Electronics Co., Ltd. owned by China Feile Co.
Ltd. and established as a wholly owned subsidiary.
2008 Established a voice coil factory in Liyang, Changzhou.
2014 Started production of brocade wire for speakers in Liyang voice coil factory.
2015 Obtained TS16949 certification (IATF16949 2016 version)
